Return Policy – Fragrance Samples

All sales of fragrance samples are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, scent preference, skin chemistry differences, or any other customer-initiated reasons. Fragrance samples are personal care items and cannot be resold once opened or tested.

Exception for Damaged Items During Transit

Refunds or replacements are available only if a fragrance sample arrives damaged (broken vial, leaked contents, or otherwise unusable) due to shipping transit.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.

  Provide clear photos showing the damage to the sample vial(s) and packaging.

  Describe the issue (e.g., broken, leaked, empty upon arrival).

Approved claims will result in a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement sample (subject to availability), at our discretion.

Important Notes

  Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

  We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery or due to improper storage/handling by the customer.

  Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of transit damage.

  Due to the nature of fragrance samples, opened or partially used samples are ineligible for any refund or exchange.
