Return Policy – Fragrance Samples
All sales of fragrance samples are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, scent preference, skin chemistry differences, or any other customer-initiated reasons. Fragrance samples are personal care items and cannot be resold once opened or tested.
Exception for Damaged Items During Transit
Refunds or replacements are available only if a fragrance sample arrives damaged (broken vial, leaked contents, or otherwise unusable) due to shipping transit.
To qualify for a refund or replacement:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
• Provide clear photos showing the damage to the sample vial(s) and packaging.
• Describe the issue (e.g., broken, leaked, empty upon arrival).
Approved claims will result in a full refund to your original payment method or a replacement sample (subject to availability), at our discretion.
Important Notes
• Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
• We are not responsible for damage that occurs after delivery or due to improper storage/handling by the customer.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of transit damage.
• Due to the nature of fragrance samples, opened or partially used samples are ineligible for any refund or exchange.
